Ms. Shampa Sengupta is a Kolkata based activist working on disability and gender rights with work experience of over 3 decades. She has initiated a non-funded advocacy group called Sruti Disability Rights Centre and elected to serve as the Joint Secretary of National Platform for the Rights of the Disabled
(NPRD), India’s largest cross-disability network. She identifies herself as a person with Psychosocial Disability.
